Canada

The village is located in the Okanagan region of British Columbia.

The District Wine Village brings small batch producers of wine, beer, cider and spirits together under one roof and offers a unique event venue. The village includes 16 production facilities, its own vineyard, a large parking lot and an amphitheater that can accommodate up to 610 people. In addition, the village is equipped with a culinary centre where you can enjoy gourmet cuisine.

The Okanagan is known for its many prestigious wineries. Many well-known Canadian wine brands have already joined the community, including One Faith Vineyards, Winemaker's CUT. "Wapiti Cellars, North America's first Indigenous owned winery, Nk'Mip Cellars has also announced that it will become part of the wine village.

"Not only are we creating a diverse community for our local wineries, but we aim to be an important economic engine for local communities and support the future growth of wine and culinary tourism in the south of the province," said Matt Kenyon, CEO of Greyback Construction, the firm building the village.

District Wine Village will be open daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
