How else will Canadian authorities encourage people to get vaccinated?

New methods from the federal government.

The Government of Canada is doing everything possible to get as many people vaccinated against COVID-19 as possible. For example, in British Columbia, you can get a leave of absence with your job to get vaccinated. And previously, the same province gave a cash reward for getting vaccinated.

Now the authorities have decided to involve celebrities. Health Canada is looking for a company that will bring in celebrities and Influencers to work with them. The federal government plans to use them to spread the word on behalf of Health Canada and the Public Health Agency — including information about vaccinations.

As the Ministry of Health states, each Influencer will work for its target audience. So far, however, no one has announced their agreement to participate in the campaigns. Although some Canadian celebrities have already expressed their opinions on the pandemic. They include actors Ryan Reynolds and Seth Rogen and singer Michael Bublé, who along with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have asked residents to stay home.
