Manitoba publishes results of immigration raffle
The province invited more than 200 people in three streams.
On February 10, 273 candidates received invitations to apply for nominations from the province of Manitoba. The selection process was based on Manitoba's immigration program among qualified people who are already in the province, qualified people from abroad and Manitoba graduates.
Invitations and passing grades in the "Expression of Interest" system were distributed as follows:
- skilled professionals in Manitoba — 202 invitations, minimum score 615;
- skilled professionals abroad — 31 invitations, minimum score 705;
- international educational stream — 40 invitations, no points required.
Sixty-eight invitations out of 273 were sent to candidates with an active profile in the Express Entry system. Compared to previous selection, which took place on January 27, the scores in the streams increased slightly.
Keep an eye on history of passing scores and number of invitations to increase your chances of receiving a nomination from the Province of Manitoba.
