British Columbia has invited specialists in high-demand professions

The province has conducted another targeted screening.

On Dec. 5, British Columbia sent 193 invitations to skilled workers and international graduates as part of its provincial immigration program.

A portion of the applicants were registered in the federal Express Entry system.

Invitations were distributed among the following professions:

As in the November 21 selections, tech workers needed 94 points, construction workers needed 75 points, and the passing score for health care workers and educators was kept at 60 points.
