Manitoba held a special draw only for Ukrainians
What were the conditions?
On February 24, the province of Manitoba held a special immigration draw in which Ukrainians who applied under the provincial immigration program were invited.
A total of 13 people were invited by Manitoba. Participants had to fulfill several requirements:
- be citizens of Ukraine;
- pass a language test with a score of CLB 4 or higher;
- have a connection to Manitoba (community recommendation, previous work or study in the province, relatives);
- meet the requirements for the Skilled Worker Overseas stream.
The previous draw in Manitoba for Ukrainians was on January 30. There were a few more invitations. And on February 23, there was a draw for all candidates regardless of their nationality.
