Prince Edward Island invites more candidates than usual

On October 20, Prince Edward Island held an immigration draw under the provincial immigration program. 204 professionals and entrepreneurs were selected.

10 invitations were sent to entrepreneurs who scored at least 72 points. Compared to the previous drawing, which took place on September 15, the passing score decreased.

The province distributed another 194 invitations between two streams for specialists:

• PEI Express Entry;
• candidates in demand in the regional labour market — this stream includes three categories:
  • Skilled Workers;
  • Critical Workers;
  • International Graduates.
