The number of invitations has also decreased.
On September 8, Manitoba held a draw under the provincial immigration program. 278 candidates among workers in Manitoba, workers from abroad, and international graduates were selected.
Invitations and passing scores were distributed as follows:
- Skilled Workers in Manitoba — 217 invitations, a minimum score of 616;
- Skilled Workers Overseas — 20 invitations, a minimum score of 703;
- International Educational Stream — 41 invitations, no passing scores required.
76 of the invited candidates were registered in the federal Express Entry system.
The previous draw in Manitoba was on August 26. In the new draw, the passing scores have slightly dropped.
