British Columbia held a new draw in several categories
Passing scores for all streams have been reduced.
On April 5, British Columbia held two immigration draws for the provincial program. One of the draws was general and the other one targeted to occupations that are in demand in the province.
Candidates regardless of their profession and tech occupations were invited in the general draw. The province issued 131 invitations for 5 immigration streams. Passing scores were distributed as follows:

In a targeted draws, professionals who are in demand in the labor market were selected:

A total of 198 people received invitations.
BC's previous target selection was on March 29, and the general selection was on March 22. In the new draws, the passing scores for all categories have dropped.
