Manitoba once again invited professionals to immigrate
The province shares the results of another selection.
On April 8, 243 candidates received invitations to apply for the nomination from the province of Manitoba.
Selection was made by Manitoba's immigration program among qualified professionals who are already in Manitoba, qualified professionals from abroad and Manitoba graduates.
The invitations, also known as letters of recommendation of application, together with the relevant requirements for the "Expression of Interest" (EOI) assessment were allocated as follows:
- skilled workers in Manitoba — 208 invitations, minimum score 456;
- skilled workers abroad — 14 invitations, minimum score 708;
- international educational stream — 21 invitations, EOI points are not required.
Passing scores in the stream for qualified overseas professionals are down from the previous draw held March 25, while those for qualified professionals in Manitoba are up.
Keep an eye on history of passing scores and number of invitations to increase your chances of immigration.
