British Columbia invited workers from several fields

In the new round of invitations, the province selected only certain specialists.

On June 6, British Columbia conducted a new targeted selection and issued 162 invitations to candidates with in-demand professions.

The drawing was held for the skilled worker and international graduates streams, including those with an Express Entry profile:

Technicians needed to score 90 points on the evaluation system, and the rest of the invitees needed to score 60. British Columbia's provincial program awards points for language skills, education, work experience, employer location, and salary.

The previous target selection was held on May 23, and the minimum scores have not changed. The educators, medics, and veterinarians also received invitations in the general drawing on May 30.
