The last immigration draw from British Columbia
Several hundred lucky people received invitations.
On October 12, British Columbia sent 374 invitations to professionals under the provincial immigration program.
320 invitations were sent in a general drawing to professionals of various qualifications and graduates of Canadian universities. Passing scores were distributed as follows:
- Skilled Worker — 114 points;
- Skilled Worker, Express Entry option, — 114 points;
- International Graduate — 104 points;
- International Graduate, Express Entry option,y — 104 points;
- Entry Level and Semi Skilled — 78 points.
Another 54 candidates were selected in a targeted drawing. Educators, health professionals, and veterinarians who scored at least 60 points received invitations. The invitations were distributed as follows:

Compared to the previous draw, which took place on October 4, the passing scores in the general drawing were slightly lower, while in the target drawing they remained unchanged.
This is British Columbia's last draw before pausing for more than a month. Starting October 12, the province stops holding draws and accepting applications for immigration as Canada transitions to a new NOC occupational classification. The pause will last until November 16.
