Quebec shared the results of a new major draw
IT specialists, medics, and creative professionals were invited.
The province of Quebec published the results of the immigration draw, which took place on September 15. 1,009 skilled workers with in-demand occupations were invited.
The selected candidates scored a minimum of 563 on the Arrima system and received job offers outside Montreal in one of the following occupations:
- computer and information systems managers;
- computer engineers;
- information systems analysts and consultants;
- database analysts and data administrators;
- software developers;
- programmers and developers of interactive systems;
- web designers and web developers;
- electrical and electronic engineering technicians and technologists;
- computer network technicians;
- user support technicians;
- information systems testing specialists;
- registered nurses;
- licensed practical nurses;
- nurse aides and orderlies;
- early childhood educators and assistants;
- producers, directors, choreographers and related occupations;
- graphic arts technicians;
- graphic designers and illustrators.
The passing score in the new draw is down significantly from the previous selection, which was held on September 8.
