British Columbia's New Targeted Draw
The province has held another selection.
On September 7, British Columbia invited professionals in the right professions in the provincial immigration program. The province sent out a total of 374 invitations.
A total of 361 candidates were invited to the target draw. The scores were distributed as follows:
- skilled worker — 95 points;
- international graduate — 87 points;
- entry level and semi-skilled — 71 points;
- skilled worker registered in Express Entry — 95 points;
- international graduate enrolled in Express Entry — 87 points.
In addition, health professionals (8 invitations) and early childhood educators (fewer than 5 invitations) were invited:

Childcare: Early childhood educators and assistants | 60 | Skilled Worker, International Graduate (includes EEBC option) |
Health care professionals | 60 | Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry Level and Semi-Skilled (includes EEBC option) |
The previous selection took place on August 30; the minimum score remains about the same.
