Ontario's May immigration shenanigans

On May 4, the province of Ontario sent out 57 invitations to apply for nominations. Candidates who had already received a job offer were selected based on a stream of representatives of in-demand professions. The minimum passing score was 27.

On May 26, the province invited 535 eligible individuals to participate in the Express Entry Skilled Trades stream. The minimum score on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) was 295. The highest score in this selection was 461.

The last selection in April 2022, the province of Ontario held 28th. At that time, French-speaking professionals were invited.
