The province conducted general and targeted selections.

On May 31, 2022, B.C. sent out invitations to professionals in the province's desired professions to apply for the nomination. Among the nominees:

For the first two categories of specialists the passing score decreased.

Separately, there was a general selection in which technical specialists participated. A total of 147 people were invited. The minimum passing score was different for each category.

On May 31, the Province of British Columbia invited a total of 177 people.
