Prince Edward Island has opened registration for the job fair
It will be held offline in February 2024.
Prince Edward Island has announced another job fair for professionals in a variety of in-demand professions. It will be held offline in the United Arab Emirates, in Dubai in February 2024. More exact dates are not yet available, but there is a full list of professions, representatives of which are expected at the event:
- healthcare (caregivers, nurses, doctors, and so on);
- laborers and construction (electricians, mechanics, carpenters, plumbers, piping installers, painters, air conditioning and heating workers, construction helpers, roofers, and others);
- IT (web developers and programmers, cybersecurity specialists, software engineers, and others);
- housekeepers, cooks and other relief and hospitality workers;
- trucking (drivers, dispatchers, mechanics and more);
- production (machine operators, laborers, meat cutters, and the like).
The event is open to registered candidates from any country. It will provide an opportunity to learn about opportunities to relocate to the province and meet with Prince Edward Island employers who will be recruiting. Suitable candidates will have the opportunity to sign a work contract and immediately apply for permanent residency.
Registration for the event is already open on the province's website. Employers will be contacting potential candidates to discuss job opportunities in person or online.
