Prince Edward Island sent out invitations to in-demand workers
Very few candidates were selected this time.
On August 31, a new immigration draw for professionals with various qualifications was held on Prince Edward Island. 22 applicants in the following categories were invited:
- PEI Express Entry;
- Labour Impact:
Only candidates with occupations in healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and food processing were invited this time. This is the second drawing in which only candidates with certain professions are selected.
The previous provincial selection was held on August 17, inviting professionals from all occupations as well as entrepreneurs.
