Saskatchewan held a draw for entrepreneurs

The province began 2023 with business immigration candidates.

On January 5, Saskatchewan held a new immigration draw under its immigration program. This time, the invitations were extended to entrepreneurs.

The region selected 50 candidates who scored between 80 and 130 points on the Expression of Interest system. However, there was one condition. Entrepreneurs who scored 80 or higher were invited only if they had a minimum of 6 points in English or French on the Canadian CLB scale. There were no language requirements for applicants with a score of 85 or higher.

The previous draw for entrepreneurs took place on November 3. The minimum score was 85 and the maximum was 120.

Saskatchewan's Entrepreneur Stream is for applicants who want to buy or start a business in the province. Applicants need a net worth of $500,000 CAD and funds for investments of $200,000 CAD or more.

We recommend following Saskatchewan's draw history so you don't miss your chance to be invited.
