New immigration draw in British Columbia

The province invites specialists again.

On August 16, British Columbia held a draw for the provincial immigration program. 228 candidates received invitations to apply for a provincial nomination. This time, there were two drawings: general and targeted.

177 people were selected in the general drawing. Passing scores were distributed as follows:

Compared to the previous draw, which took place on August 10, the passing scores have increased greatly.

The remaining invitations on August 16 were issued to specialists of priority professions. The number of invitations and passing scores were distributed as follows:

Compared to the previous drawing on August 10, the passing scores in the target draw have not changed.
