British Columbia held two immigration shenanigans at once

Nearly 150 people were invited to apply for residency.

On April 19, the province of British Columbia held two immigration drawings for the provincial program. One of the draws was general; the other was targeted at professionals in certain professions. A total of 179 people received invitations.

A total of 147 people were selected in the overall drawing. Passing scores were distributed as follows:

Skilled Worker 110
Skilled Worker registered with Express Entry 125
International graduate 98
International graduate registered with Express Entry 109
Entry Level and Semi-Skilled 77

Another 32 people received invitations in the target selection. Passing scores and the number of invitations are distributed as follows:
