Canada Opens Recruitment to New Immigration Programs: What You Need to Know
Who can immigrate under the new streams and how to apply?
Applications for 6 temporary immigration streams start today, May 6.
Applicants can apply to work in health care and a number of other high-demand occupations with experience in Canada, as well as graduates of Canadian universities who received their degree no earlier than January 2017. Separate applications will be accepted from French-speaking and bilingual candidates.

Filing
First you need to go to link and answer a few questions. The system will determine which of the streams is right for you. You will then be redirected to a page where you can create an account, see the list of required documents, download and complete the forms, pay the fees and apply.
Acceptance of applications starts at 12:00 Ottawa time. You can choose the appropriate stream, fill in the forms and see the list of documents in advance.
Application limit
Immigration Canada will accept a limited number of applications. Acceptance ends on November 5, 2021, but enrollment will close sooner if the limit is reached. The stream limits are as follows:
