Casa Residence: Perfect Accommodation for International Students in Toronto

Casa Residence: Perfect Accommodation for International Students in Toronto

Great location, modern amenities, and affordable pricing for successful studies in Canada.

Studying in Canada is an excellent opportunity to get a world-class education and experience the country's culture and customs. Moreover, Canadian education can be a pathway to immigrating to one of the world's most stable countries.

Regardless of the program a student chooses, whether it's language courses or a university degree, they will find it easy to adapt to this multicultural, diverse, and welcoming society.

For the most productive overseas study experience, it's important for students to have the best living conditions. Accommodation during the study period should meet all student needs and support their academic success.

Living in some Canadian cities can be expensive, especially in major metropolises like Toronto. However, there are always more affordable options for students, such as student residences.

Casa Residence, The Ideal Choice for Students in Toronto

Casa Residence is a modern dormitory that has become popular among students due to its convenient location and high level of comfort. Located in the city center, Casa Residence offers its residents not only comfortable and well-equipped rooms but also a wide range of amenities that make dorm life comfortable and pleasant.

One of the main advantages of Casa Residence is its proximity to many educational institutions in Toronto. This allows students to easily commute to their classes, saving time and energy. Moreover, it's easy to get to any other destination from Casa Residence, as the building is a five-minute walk from St. Clair subway station. The area has many restaurants, bars, and shops, such as Dollarama and Loblaws.

Rooms and Amenities

Casa Residence offers shared student apartments in a residential building where both students and regular Canadian residents live. Two types of accommodation are available: a shared bedroom with shared bathroom and a private bedroom with shared bathroom. This allows you to choose the most suitable option depending on your preferences and budget.

Each bedroom in Casa Residence is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living. Depending on the room size, bedrooms may have single or double beds. Rooms include a desk and chair for studying and a closet for storing belongings. Large windows fill the rooms with light and create a sense of space. Bathrooms can be shared (maximum four students) or semi-private (for two students).

Each unit has kitchens for students. Despite being shared, the kitchen won't feel cramped as it's designed for a maximum of four people. Unit kitchens are equipped with everything needed for cooking: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, cutlery, plates, pots, and microwave. Washing machines are located in a special laundry room.

As Casa Residence is designed specifically for students' needs, it has a spacious study room for individual or group work. Many students will likely enjoy the residence lobby — in the large hall, you can sit at a beautiful piano and enjoy the sounds of a fountain built into the green area near the stairs to the rooms.

House Rules

Of course, living in a student residence means following certain rules to avoid disturbing other residents. One of Casa Residence's core values is respect for others.

The most important thing for students is a calm and quiet environment that allows for studying, resting, and sleeping. That's why Casa Residence has quiet hours: from 10 PM to 8 AM, students should not make noise or disturb others. As for guests, they also need to follow visiting hours — they must leave the residence by 9 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the residence, as Casa Residence cares about the health and safety of its residents.

Light cleaning of common areas is done once a week. This includes sweeping the living room and cleaning bathrooms. However, the main cleaning is the student's responsibility: they need to keep their bedrooms clean, wash dishes, and change bed linens.

Accommodation Costs

The price for staying at Casa Residence depends on the room type.

  • Shared bedroom with shared bathroom — $325 CAD per week.
  • Private bedroom with shared bathroom — $425 CAD per week.

It's worth noting that the shared bedroom option is most suitable for those studying together on the same course, as renting such a room is calculated for two people with the same length of stay.

The cost of living in Casa Residence also includes internet, cable TV, and utilities.

Bookings are usually made weekly, from Saturday to Saturday; check-in is from 2 PM to 9 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. The minimum booking period is 4 weeks. The residence is located at 101 Lawton Blvd.
