Alberta selected health workers

Candidates have already received invitations.

The Province of Alberta shared data from a draw held on Sept. 26. It was used to select candidates with a job offer in the province in healthcare.

A total of 18 invitations were sent to candidates who scored 311 points or more in the Comprehensive Ranking System. Points are awarded for factors such as age, education, work experience, language skills and the like.

Applicants must also have a Express Entry profile and meet the requirements of one of the federal immigration programs:

The previous screening for medics in Alberta was held September 12, with a passing score 16 points higher. And September 14 there was a drawing among all applicants, but preference was given to applicants with an in-demand profession or relatives living in Alberta.
