Two more draws on Alberta's provincial program
Several hundred people received invitations.
Alberta reported another draw — two draws even. Both went through the Alberta Express Entry thread.
On September 12, the selection for candidates with professions in the tourism and hospitality industry took place. 300 people received invitations. The passing score amounted to 383.
And on September 14, a screening was held for all applicants, but preference was given to applicants with an in-demand occupation or relatives living in Alberta. For applicants in this round, the minimum score was lower at 301. The province sent 142 invitations.
Points in the Complex Ranking System are awarded for age, education, work experience, ability to adapt to Canada, and so on.

The previous draw for Alberta's provincial program was held Aug. 29. It was held among applicants with an offer of a provincial job in healthcare. On August 24, all applicants received invitations. At that time, the passing score was almost the same — 302. And candidates with professions in tourism and hospitality were last selected Aug. 16, the minimum score was much higher, at 408.
