Special draw Express Entry for French-speaking professionals
Another targeted selection under federal programs took place.
On September 27, we held another drawing for invitations via Express Entry among candidates with French-speking skills. The confirmed language level should be at least CLB 7, which is approximately equal to B2 level (above average).
A total of 500 applicants were selected who scored at least 472 points in the Complex Ranking System. That's still a fairly low score by the standards of the federal immigration program, though it was even lower in previous rounds for francophones: 435 under the August 2 selection and a record 375 under the July 12 draw.
