Manitoba selected Ukrainians for permanent residency

Another special immigration draw was held.

On August 25, Manitoba held a selection for Ukrainians who expressed a desire to obtain permanent residence in the province.

22 candidates received invitations and needed to meet the following requirements:

  • be a citizen of Ukraine;
  • pass a language test with a score of CLB 4 (basic level) or higher;
  • have a connection to Manitoba (recommendation from the community, relatives, previous work or study in the province);
  • meet the Skilled Workers Overseas stream requirements.

The last draw for Ukrainian citizens was held on July 28. Also on August 24, Manitoba conducted an immigration draw for all applicants.
