New rounds of invitations in Alberta
The province conducted two draws for immigration candidates.
On July 4, the province of Alberta released the results of last week's immigration selections for professionals with profiles in Express Entry. 77 candidates were invited in two draws.
There is a general requirement for all participants to have an Express Entry profile and to meet the requirements of one of the federal immigration programs:
On June 29, 65 candidates received invitations. They had to have professions in construction and choose French as the main language on their immigration application form. The passing score for this category was 316.
On July 4, Alberta invited 12 applicants who had found jobs in the province in healthcare and scored a minimum of 354 on the Comprehensive Ranking System.
Previous selections in the province took place from June 20 to 22.
