The province of Ontario held several draws after a break

Several hundred people received invitations.

After a break of almost a month, the province of Ontario held three immigration draws. A total of 642 invitations were sent out to professionals and university graduates.

1 invitation was sent under the Foreign Worker stream. The draw was targeted — through the Economic Mobility Pathway for skilled refugees. The last time, on September 27, the draw under the Foreign Worker stream was also only for refugees.

Another 106 candidates were chosen from the PhD Graduate stream. They needed to score a minimum of 24 points. Compared to the previous draw for PhDs, which took place on August 30, the passing score decreased by 2 points.

Masters Graduates received the most invitations — 535. They had to score 35 points or more. The previous drawing for masters was held on September 20, and the passing score in the new draw increased by 2 points.
