British Columbia conducted a targeted draw

The province traditionally needs medics, educators, veterinarians, and technicians.
On Aug. 3, British Columbia invited professionals in the province's right professions to apply for the nomination. Among the nominees:
- 133 technicians;
- 22 early childhood educator and assistants;
- 9 health care professionals;
- less than 5 medical care assistants;
- less than 5 specialists in other priority animal health professions.
The province sent out a total of 174 invitations in this selection. See the table below for the passing score.
