Third selection specifically for Ukrainians in Manitoba

20 people received invitations to the nomination from the province.

On April 11, 2022, the Province of Manitoba selected the Ukrainian candidates. Prior to that, the selections for Ukrainians were March 9 and March 18. In total, the province invited 107 Ukrainians as part of these special selections.

The minimum score is 60 Manitoba Provincial Program, MPNP Self-Assessment Points. As in previous selections for Ukrainian citizens, only these points were taken into account.

In addition to Ukrainian citizenship, candidates were required to have strong ties to the province (job, studies, relatives in Manitoba) and a valid language test certificate. English or French language proficiency is required at a minimum of level 4 on the Canadian Language Benchmarks for each of the skills assessed.
