Immigration to New Brunswick - Canada's provincial program (NBPNP)
You can immigrate to Canada through one of the provincial programs, the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program.
New Brunswick is one of the eastern Maritime provinces of Canada. It is the only Canadian province with two official languages, English and French. About 30% of the population speaks French and considers it their first language. The largest cities in New Brunswick are Moncton, St. John, and Fredericton.
Applicants who do not score the required points for immigration to Canada through the federal program can try to immigrate through one of the 11 provincial programs. It is not difficult, and they are suitable for a wide range of occupations. These programs are also interesting for those who plan to live and work in a particular province or territory.
The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) includes several streams.
Streams for employees and graduates
- New Brunswick Express Entry stream is for skilled workers who have a profile in the Express Entry system;
- Strategic Initiative Stream — French-speaking candidates with skills and work experience who wish to settle in New Brunswick;
- Skilled Worker stream is for skilled professionals who have a job offer in the province.
- Transport Truck Driver stream is for truck drivers who have found a job and have worked for at least 6 months in New Brunswick;
- Private Career College Graduate Pilot is for those who graduated from one of the private educational institutions under the demanded program;
- Critical Worker Pilot is those who have found employment with one of the participating New Brunswick companies.

Other ways to immigrate to New Brunswick
New Brunswick, along with the other Atlantic provinces, participates in the Atlantic Immigration Program, which allows skilled professionals, skilled trades, and university graduates to move to Canada.
