Harrington House offers two types of private bedrooms: DX Standard and Flex Economy, both equipped with all the necessities for comfortable living. Regardless of the room type chosen, each student will have a private bedroom with a shared bathroom used by a maximum of three people. Bedrooms are furnished with bedding, a desk with a lamp and chair, a closet for storage, and a TV. This creates a comfortable environment for studying and relaxation.
Common Areas and Services
The shared kitchen in Harrington House is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The kitchen is also a common space shared by a maximum of three students, creating a cozy atmosphere of communal living.

To maintain a comfortable atmosphere, Harrington House has a set of rules aimed at ensuring the peace and safety of residents. Students can invite one guest, but not later than 11:00 PM, to ensure a peaceful rest for everyone. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence, and quiet hours are established from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekdays and from 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM on weekends.
Harrington House provides 24/7 security with constant reception desk coverage. Regardless of the time of day, security staff is available to monitor entrances and exits, assist residents with various issues, and ensure overall safety in the residence. This creates a calm and secure environment for all students living in Harrington House.
Students are responsible for keeping their rooms clean, including the kitchen, dishes, and trash. Cleaning common areas and maintaining order is an important part of life in the residence, contributing to a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
Cost and Booking
The minimum stay at Harrington House is 4 weeks, and bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The residence is located at 561 Sherbourne St, Toronto, ON, M4X 1W7.
Regarding costs, staying in a DX Standard room is $425 CAD per week, while a Flex Economy room is $385 CAD per week. It's important to note that bed and room sizes may vary depending on availability. Harrington House provides free Wi-Fi to residents, and all utilities are included.
