Changes to Quebec's immigration law have come into effect
You can't go anywhere without French nowadays.

Knowledge of French will now be mandatory for those who wish to qualify for all economic immigration programs.

- Artificial intelligence, information technology and visual effects pilot program. It will invite up to 700 people: 200 in the artificial intelligence sector and 500 in the information technology and visual effects sector.
