Drawing Express Entry for francophones
The passing rate continues to rise.
On October 25, the selection of applicants for permanent residence through the Express Entry system again took place among applicants who know French. This knowledge must be proven: the language level must be at least CLB 7, which is roughly equivalent to B2 (above average).
A total of 300 invitations were sent this time to applicants who scored at least 486 points in the Comprehensive Ranking System. By the standards of the federal immigration program, this is not the highest, although if you compare it to other selections for francophones, it is constantly and rapidly increasing. In the previous September 27 draw, it was 472 points, and before that in August and July it was even lower.
