Masters and PhD Graduates have received invitations to Ontario

The next provincial immigration selections.
On Sept. 19, the province of Ontario sent out invitations for Masters and PhD Graduates — to more than 600 applicants.
Among candidates with a Master's degree, 537 people received invitations. The minimum passing score slightly decreased in comparison with the previous selections — to 41.

This time there were only 71 invited candidates with PhD degree, fewer than in previous rounds. At the same time, the passing score increased by one point to 40 compared to August.
Masters and PhDs are awarded points for Canadian study experience, earning history, field of study, language proficiency and location of the institution.
The province's previous drawing was held on September 7. Invitations to master's graduates were last distributed on August 30, and to PhDs on August 1.
