Another lare Express Entry draw in Canada
Just under 5,000 invitations were sent.
On October 26, Canada held a new immigration draw in the Express Entry system. Again, 500 more applicants were selected than in the previous drawing on October 12, and the passing score dropped. This has been the trend since draws resumed in July after a long pause.
Canada sent 4,750 invitations to candidates who scored 496 points or more this time. This is still higher than it was before the pandemic. Previously, the passing score in the draws was 450 to 470.
The Canadian government uses Express Entry to process applications for federal immigration programs:
This is one of the fastest ways to move to Canada, which, in addition, allows you to settle in any province except Quebec.
