Prince Edward Island held an immigration prank
As before, businessmen and qualified specialists were invited.
On March 17, 11 candidates from the entrepreneurial stream received invitations. They had to score a minimum of 62 points in the provincial evaluation system. The passing score decreases with each selection this year: in last selection it was 67, in the year before it was 72.
130 invitations were distributed between the specialists needed by the province and those who had registered earlier in the system Express Entry. How exactly the candidates were chosen and what passing score was required, the province still does not report.
The province invited a total of 396 people this year. The next drawing will take place on April 21, 2022, and the invitations will follow the same streams.
