Immigration to the Yukon for critical impact workers

Low-skilled workers who have received a job offer in Yukon can immigrate through the Critical Impact Worker stream.

The Critical Impact Worker stream of Yukon's program is designed for low-skilled workers who have received a job offer in the region.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply for the Critical Worker Stream, you must meet the following criteria:

  • get a job offer in a NOC C or D occupation (low-skilled and unskilled occupations);
  • have at least 6 months of work experience in a position similar to the one offered;
  • have at least a high school education;
  • demonstrate proficiency in English or French at level 4 on the CLB scale (basic level).

How to apply

The applicant must fill out an application form and send it by email to the address stated on the official website of the Yukon Territory.
