Invitations for immigration to New Brunswick this June
The province shares the draw results for a month at a time.
New Brunswick has released information on the number of immigration applicants who were invited this June. For the month, the region selected 121 people from the New Brunswick Express Entry stream.
This stream requires registering with Express Entry and meeting the requirements of one of the federal immigration programs:
New Brunswick officials select candidates from the Express Entry pool who interest them, then invite them to apply to immigrate to the province.
Three categories of applicants are invited. In June, the results were as follows:
- candidates with a job offer in New Brunswick or currently working in the province — 28 invitations;
- candidates who graduated from a university or college in the province — 64 invitations;
- candidates with an occupation in demand in the province — 29 invitations.
In May, New Brunswick invited 93 candidates, and more than half of the invitations were sent to candidates with in-demand occupations. Similar selections are held every month.
