Alberta released last week

Passing scores have dropped noticeably!

On March 9, the province of Alberta held a draw for candidates with a profile in the Express Entry system. 134 people who scored at least 301 on the Comprehensive Ranking System received invitations.

Alberta's previous draw was held on February 16, and the passing score was significantly higher than the current one. To receive an invitation, participants must have an Express Entry profile and meet the requirements of one of the federal immigration programs:

In the winter of 2023, the provincial government announced that there would be separate targeted draws for provincial immigration program candidates with in-demand occupations or relatives in Alberta. No such draws have yet been held.
