Arrima Selection February 24

Arrima Selection February 24

This time the passing score went up.

On February 24, 2022, the province of Quebec sent out 306 invitations to apply for nomination under the provincial immigration program through the Arrima expression of interest system. In the past drawing, applicants were selected who:

  • received an offer to work outside the Montreal Metropolitan Community or

  • scored at least 630 points in the Arrima scoring system.

The Montreal Metropolitan Community is part of the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area, the second largest metropolitan area in Canada after the Greater Toronto Area. The Montreal Metropolitan Community (MMC) consists of densely populated municipalities in close proximity to downtown Montreal. It includes the entire island of Montreal, the city of Laval and the urban agglomeration of Longueuil.

The passing score in the last selection increased by 38 points compared to the previous draw, which took place on February 13. The province of Quebec invited a total of 1,663 people this year.
