More than 250 invitations to immigrate to New Brunswick in July

The region released the results of its immigration selections with a slight delay.

The province of New Brunswick shared information on the number of immigration candidates who were invited this July. For the month, the region selected 259 candidates from the New Brunswick Express Entry stream.

To participate in this stream, you must register with Express Entry and meet the requirements of one of the federal immigration programs:

New Brunswick officials select interested participants from the Express Entry pool and then invite them to apply to immigrate to the province.

Three categories of applicants are invited. In July, the results were as follows:

  • candidates with a job offer in New Brunswick or currently working in the province — 58 invitations;
  • candidates who graduated from a university or college in the province — 130 invitations;
  • candidates with an occupation in demand in the province — 71 invitations.

In June, New Brunswick sent out 121 invitations, most of them to candidates who had studied in the province. The region holds these selections every month.
