Language courses and colleges in Canada: new opportunities for students
A Canadian language school spoke about accommodation options for those studying English or going to college.
Best Language School ILAC has partnered with Casa Student Housing, a Canadian student housing company. Students can now choose between three different types of comfortable accommodation in Canada. The services are available to students at all of ILAC's learning institutions: the language school as well as Georgian@ILAC in Toronto and Sterling/Red Deer in Vancouver.
Accommodation with a family
Homestay is a budget accommodation option that allows you to fully immerse yourself in Canadian life. You will live with a Canadian family and have the opportunity to practice English with your hosts. Most host families live 45-55 minutes away from ILAC schools by public transportation.

Cost:
- Homestay is $275 CAD per week;
- the registration fee is $210 CAD.
Student dormitory
Shared living with other students is suitable for mature and responsible students who want to experience vibrant city life and culture. Off campus you have excellent opportunities to explore the local lifestyle and have lots of experiences. Guests are offered spacious, well-furnished flats and houses that are conveniently located and shared between students.

- on-site laundry;
- Shared kitchen and shower (for 2-4 people);
- Wi-Fi, TV and utilities included;
- cleaning once a week;
- students from all over the world.
Cost:
- shared bedroom — from $275 CAD per week;
- Separate bedroom — from $400 CAD per week.

Private apartments

- Studio apartment in Toronto — from $520 CAD per week;
- Studio apartment in Vancouver — from $450 CAD per week;
- One— or two-bedroom apartment in Vancouver — from $3,110 CAD per month.
Minimum booking is from 4 weeks. It is possible to rent month-to-month for a lower price, in which case the minimum term is 1 month.
