The Prime Minister named 5 primary points.

On September 20, Canada held early parliamentary elections. On September 28, newly elected Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met with reporters at a press conference and answered questions about what priorities the government will have in the near future.

Trudeau said the new parliament will be formed and ready to go by mid-November. It will focus on five main goals:

  • compulsory vaccination for all civil servants;
  • compulsory vaccination for people over 12 years of age who want to travel by train or plane;
  • development of an international certificate of vaccination;
  • allocating funds to provinces to create vaccination passports;
  • criminalization of threats and harassment of medical personnel, as well as protests outside health facilities.

According to the results of the last election, the Liberal Party led by Trudeau managed to stay in power, but they are still in the minority in Parliament. There have been no significant changes in the Canadian government since the election.
