Everything is provided for here: picturesque surroundings, a beautiful promenade, and a huge house. But if that's not enough, the house has a swimming pool, a recreation room with pool and table tennis tables and a large bathroom. You can't fault the renovation either.
So how much does such a treat cost? The peninsula along with the house is selling for $1,595,000 CAD. Of course, this is a lot. Except that in some cities such sums are not a luxury but a necessity. For example, in Toronto, you can buy a three-bedroom house for $1,400,000 CAD. So Toronto residents have a lot to think about.
