Where is the best place to raise children in Canada?

Top most suitable cities for family life.

Globe and Mail journalists have released their own ranking of Canadian cities. In it, the researchers were guided by their own author's method, in which they took into account dozens of different factors, ranging from safety to the level of employment of the population.

In addition to the main ranking of the 100 best cities in the country with at least 10,000 inhabitants, the publication has shared a special ranking for families with children. In compiling this list, the authors gave increased importance to factors related to housing and education, as well as social infrastructure. For example, it concerns the number and location of kindergartens.

The purpose of this top is to identify communities with the most affordable housing and the most affordable and quality education. Unlike the overall ranking, it takes into account the percentage of families with children in the population to identify communities with higher concentrations of children.
