Who can sign up?

The University of British Columbia offers to obtain useful skills through free online courses that are available to everyone.

Courses offered include Excel, marketing, business, psychology, design, coding, software and video game development, writing. Also, there are courses in education, sociology, ecology, genetics, and more.

The duration of the course depends on the course chosen and averages 5-7 weeks. Each program has two options: free and paid. The difference is that students who paid for the training will be able to take exams and receive a certificate. There is one limitation: the courses cannot be viewed from Crimea, Cuba, and Iran.

The University of British Columbia is a great place to get a quality education. In 2022, it ranked 35th in the top 100 best institutions of higher education worldwide and 2nd among the best universities in Canada.

More than 58,000 students from all over the world study at the university, even those with poor English skills. Thanks to a special adaptation program, students with poor English can improve their language in their first year. In addition, the university is famous for its Centre for Sustainable Food Systems and Institute for Healthy Living.

Unfortunately, online courses are not counted toward immigration to Canada. If you want to immigrate through education, you need to enroll in a university or college in a full-time program. Book a consultation and we will find a suitable university and program of study and apply for a student visa.
