Reboot Your Life Immigration Services Corp. is looking for a regulated Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC).
About us
Reboot Your Life Immigration Services Corp. is a modern digital immigration company. We have created special software to automatically calculate scores for 120+ streams and match clients with the appropriate options.
- The immigrant.today project has been running since 2015

- About 2M website visitors per year
- Unique software that allows us to assess chances and calculate scores quickly
- Working in various areas: Express Entry, PNP, college admissions, tourist visas, family sponsorship, etc.
RCIC responsibilities
- Analyze customer questionnaires
- Conduct consultations with clients
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Collect and review documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Fill out visa application forms
- Work with the internal information system
- Maintain records in the client database
- Keep in touch with the team daily
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Active RCIC license
- Understanding of immigration laws and knowledge of immigration programs and streams
- Ability to listen, empathize, build rapport, and communicate with potential clients
- Ability to set and manage customer expectations through effective and timely communications, thereby ensuring the highest quality of customer service and professional services
- Ability to think constructively and outside the box to provide clients with all possible options for their particular case
- Extreme attention to detail
- Maintaining strict confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills and attention to deadlines
- Ability to work with Google Docs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Russian language skills are an advantage
Type of work
Remote part-time (15-25 hours per week) or full-time work.
Wages
$20-35 per hour + commission payments.
