Canadian universities that will get you a job
Some universities in Canada employ almost 90% of their graduates.
Education in Canada provides an opportunity not only to learn a new in-demand profession, but also to discover new immigration programs available only to graduates, and to ease your adjustment to the country. Canadian degrees are recognized around the world, but some universities are more popular than others.
New university rankings QS World University Rankings for 2022 have published universities with graduate employment rates. According to statistics, after graduating from some Canadian universities, more than 80% of graduates find a job!
"Each of the listed universities has demonstrated the ability to graduate students with the 'flexible skills' needed to work in today's world, when jobs around the world are fiercely competitive," the ranking said.
So, the top five universities in Canada and the employment rate of graduates:
- University of Waterloo — 86.2%;
- McMaster University — 82.5%;
- University of New Brunswick — 79.9%;
- University of Western Ontario — 77.7%;
- University of Calgary — 66.5%.
Almost all of these universities also made it to the world top of 2021.
