The Toronto Zoo is reopening
Great news for those who miss their animals!
If you've been missing the adorable animals at the Toronto Zoo, you'll soon be able to see them again. The City Zoo opens to the public on June 19. And those with memberships can get early access from June 14-18.
A visit to one of Toronto's major attractions will cost $27.99 CAD per adult. Tickets must be booked online in advance and will not be sold at the door. Tickets will also be time-limited, so guests will be asked to select a date and time to visit when booking.
Due to restrictions in force, visitors over the age of 2 must wear masks and keep a distance of at least 2 meters.
Zoo officials ask that those experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (cough, sore throat, runny nose, confused breathing, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, chills, headache, loss of taste or smell) and those who have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, have had contact with an infected person, experienced symptoms or traveled outside Canada should refrain from visiting.
You can find out more about the visit and book tickets on the zoo's official website.
